The Ocean Clinic is a home-based aesthetics clinic in Skegness, operated by Dani Ellis, a professionally qualified practitioner with over 7 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility for Treatment
- Clients must be 18 years or older for aesthetic treatments.
- A full consultation is required before any treatment to assess suitability.
- Clients with certain medical conditions or contraindications may not be eligible for treatment.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
- All appointments must be booked in advance.
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the deposit or a cancellation fee.
4. Treatment & Results
- Individual results may vary, and no guarantee can be given regarding outcomes.
- Aftercare instructions will be provided, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow them to achieve optimal results.
- The clinic is not liable for results affected by failure to adhere to aftercare advice.
5. Payments & Refunds
- Payments must be made in full before or immediately after the treatment.
- The Ocean Clinic does not offer refunds on completed treatments.
- In case of an adverse reaction, a review appointment will be arranged.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- All client information and treatment details are handled with strict confidentiality.
- Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
7. Liability
- The Ocean Clinic takes all reasonable precautions to ensure client safety. However, clients accept that all treatments carry some level of risk.
- The clinic shall not be held responsible for any adverse effects resulting from treatments, provided that all professional standards have been met.
8. Amendments to Terms
The Ocean Clinic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
